Technical Account Manager DACH

What a great candidate looks like:

  • Proven experience leading complex, multi-disciplinary software projects using your engineering expertise, while managing relations with customers, partners and internals
  • Solid technical background and hands-on experience with modern technologies (distributed big data processing, SQL\NoSQL analytics, SaaS, native cloud development) and familiarity of software best practices (data security\privacy, seamless scalability, data modeling)
  • Equally at home educating high ranking officials of international enterprises with complex topics, as you are discussing the technical trade-offs in product development with engineers
  • Ability to become a trusted advisor to customers.
  • Native German speaker is a big plus
  • Proven experience working for a multinational start up offering enterprise software
  • Proven ability to distill customers’ pain points and business drivers, assist in their translation to business requirements and correctly identify priorities and dependencies
  • Highly experienced in ushering projects through the entire project lifecycle, enforcing project schedules, identifying risks and clearly communicating them to project stakeholders
  • Have good grasp of agile delivery, continuous implementation, lean startups, and multi-cultural management
  • Experience gained in Financial services\Intelligence\Data\Cyber industries\Consulting – a big plus
  • Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent experiences
