Ensure Organisational Politics Remains Positive With a Data Fabric Strategy (Technative)

We know how important data is for a business, but the use of data can cause internal conflict and this is something that businesses want to steer away from. Much of the reason that data sharing can cause unrest is because of the data silos that have evolved organically within organisations.

In this article for Technative, our Chief Engagements Officer, Lior Perry, explains that it may seem like the obvious thing to do to remove the negativity around organisational politics is to remove the root of the problem – in this case, silos. But this has already been attempted with data lakes and data warehouses, so a new, decentralised approach to data is required, and this is where a Data Fabric comes in.
